Horti ASIA – The International Tradeshow for Horticultural & Floricultural Production and Processing Technology, was firstly launched in Bangkok, Thailand in the year 2012. The profile of the trade fair covers the full supply chain of the industry, including topics as breeding and seeding technologies, fertilizers, planting and cultivation technology, climate control equipment, grading and greenhouse equipment, packaging, certification, terminals and ports, as well as warehouse facilities for fruits, vegetables and flowers. The objective of the show is to provide solutions for the horticulture industry in order to reduce the production cost and increase in quality & yield. Thailand is one of Germany’s main partners in the growth region of South Asia and holds a key position in the ASEAN group (Association of South East Asian Nations).
