The Exhibition

Agro Animal Show and Fruit. Vegetables. Logistics are the most important platform for animal husbandry and agricultural technology in Ukraine where the complete range of state-of-the-art solutions for livestock, animal husbandry and agricultural technology is shown to business professionals. The Market

With 32.5 million hectares of farmland and a large proportion of fertile black earth, the Ukrainian farming sector provides enormous potential. In 2016, the grain harvest reached a record high of 64m t again with 40,7m t being forecast to be exported. Agriculture has always been one of the major sectors of the Ukrainian economy – its share of the GDP amounted to 14% in 2015 and for the first time after 2013 Ukraine doubled the imports of agricultural machinery in the first half of 2016 as compared to 2015. Ukraine is the 8th largest poultry and egg producer worldwide with approx. 20 billion eggs annually (5% of them being exported) and 1m tons of poultry meat (export share of roughly 14%). Animal husbandry, slaughtering as well as feed production and storage are in need of larger investments, too, thus providing excellent business opportunities for foreign manufacturers
